Black Hills State University is a liberal arts university located near the Black Hills in Spearfish, South Dakota. The Black Hills of South Dakota give us the unique opportunity to explore and thrive in the outdoors while studying and seeking inspiration. BHSU is big enough to offer unique opportunities for students to pursue their goals along their personal journey towards success, but small enough to allow students to develop valuable personal relationships with faculty and staff.
